Specify with CERAFINI.
Samples, technical datasheets, digital files, equivalent options, stock and site support, in one place.
CERAFINI works alongside the specifier from concept to site: material selection at the design studios in Lagos and Abidjan, technical documentation for the specification, equivalent options when a product is not available or not compliant, and stock and logistics once the project is awarded. Everything below can be requested online or in a meeting at the studio.

Start with the material in hand.
Tile, slab and finish samples for Atlas Concorde collections and CERAFINI systems are held at the design studios in Victoria Island, Lagos and Treichville, Abidjan. Request them from any collection page or through the contact form; mock-up panels can be arranged for approved projects.
For colour approval, ask for samples from the production batch that will be supplied, not only from the showroom set.
Technical documentation for the specification.
For every specified collection CERAFINI provides the technical datasheet with test values to ISO 10545 (water absorption, breaking strength, abrasion, slip, chemical and stain resistance), the declaration of performance under EN 14411 and, where relevant, the certificates for slip resistance and fire classification.
Installation-material datasheets and safety data sheets are supplied with the adhesive, grout and membrane selection, so that the whole system sits in one set of documents.
CAD, BIM and textures.
Textures, CAD blocks and BIM objects for the specified Atlas Concorde products are supplied with the datasheet, so that layouts, renderings and schedules use the exact format, thickness and finish that will be delivered.
For façades and raised floors, system drawings and fixing details are prepared per project with the engineering partner.
When the specified product is not the right one.
A specification written abroad often names products that are not stocked, not compliant with local requirements or not suited to the climate. CERAFINI reviews the BOQ or CCTP and proposes equivalents in the same performance class, documented for the architect’s validation.
On Société Générale HQ in Alger, CSTB-compliant alternatives to the original specification were sourced and validated by ENIA Architects in Paris.
Stock in Lagos and Abidjan, orders from Italy.
Selected collections are held in stock at the two studios and availability is shown per collection. What is not in local stock is ordered from Italy with a confirmed lead time, and CERAFINI handles the import and delivery to site.
Quantities are confirmed against the drawings with the cutting waste for the layout, so that the whole order ships from one production batch.
From specification to installation.
Installation systems (adhesive, grout, membranes, profiles) are specified with the tile. For large formats, façades and raised floors, CERAFINI coordinates installation specialists to work with the local contractor, as on the Ikoyi villa and Insignia HQ in Lagos.
Deliveries are checked against the retained sample before installation starts.

CollectionsFrequently asked.
How do I request samples?
From any collection page, through the contact form, or by booking a meeting at the studio. Samples are collected at the studio or delivered to the office or site; mock-up panels can be arranged for approved projects.
Do you provide BIM, CAD and texture files?
Yes, for the specified Atlas Concorde products: textures, CAD blocks and BIM objects are supplied with the technical datasheet so that layouts, renderings and schedules use the exact format and finish.
Can you review a BOQ or CCTP and propose equivalents?
Yes. Send the document and the drawings; CERAFINI returns a line-by-line proposal with equivalent products in the same performance class, their datasheets and availability, for the architect to validate.
Is there stock locally?
Selected collections are held in stock in Lagos and Abidjan and availability is shown per collection. What is not in local stock is ordered from Italy with a confirmed lead time, and CERAFINI handles the import and delivery to site.
Do you work with contractors as well as architects?
Yes. Architects and designers for selection and specification; contractors and developers for pricing, value engineering, installation systems and site coordination. Both can book the studio directly.
